Register to Prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation

Confirmation is celebrated at Saint Patrick Catholic Church annually. Preparation classes for the Sacrament are open to youth who enroll by August 30, 2016, are baptized into the Catholic Church, have received First Eucharist and are 16 years old.

All current and incoming leaders are invited to attend the retreat to kick-off the new year of CLOW.
The retreat will be a re-affirmation of commitment to this important ministry with some re-fresher training, some re-energizing prayer and some re-newing of friendships in prepration for the re-start of CLOW on September 18, 2016.

National Online Giving Challenge

Archbishop Sartain has recently had spinal surgery. Your ongoing prayers for the archbishop are always appreciated especially now as we ask you to pray for his full recovery.

Matching Gifts Will Increase Our Annual Catholic Appeal Rebate

Help increase our 2016 Annual Catholic Appeal rebate through matching gifts! Have you checked with your employer about matching your gift? Most companies have matching gift programs and many of those companies match the Annual Catholic Appeal.  You can double your gift to the ACA in a few easy steps. Once your gift has been paid in full, apply for the match per your employer's instructions. The Annual Catholic Appeal, Archdiocese of Seattle, is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Tax ID # 91-0778147.

Accessibility for ALL
Contributions above our parish goal of $118,416 will stay in the parish in the form of a rebate from the Seattle Archdiocese.  The rebate will be used to improve handicap accessibility at the Church.  Two additional handicap door openers would be installed: one for the door entering the main sanctuary of the Church and the other for the door to the ground floor entrance off the handicapped accessible parking, by the elevator to ensure that all are welcome by way of these enhancements.

We Still Need YOU to Donate
Have we heard from you? If we haven't heard from you, we ask that you join us in support of this very important campaign.  If everyone that supported the Annual Catholic Appeal in 2015, but still has not contributed this year, gave at the same level as they did last year we might be able to improve handicap accessibility at Saint Patrick Catholic Church using the rebate from the Seattle Archdiocese for any amount donated over the $118,416 goal. We thank the 423 donors who have pledged $121,564 as of July 21, 2016, reaching 103%, but that is not enough to improve handicap access.  Help us to increase our rebate and fund our handicap access project.

Saint Patrick Catholic School News

St. Pat's Parent Association is calling everyone to help with campus beautification projects in preparation for the start of the 2016 - 2017 school year.

WE NEED YOU!

School families can jump start commitment and service hours in SPPA's effort to beautify our school campus.

July 30 | Hedgefest | 9 am - 12 pm

SPPA is renting gas hedgers. Can you bring rakes, trucks and many hands to remove debris?

August 6 | Big Toy Improvements | 9 am - 12 pm

Power washing, sweeping the upper and lower playgrounds and spreading bark are the tasks at hand.

August 13 | Paint the Playground | 9 am - 12 pm

We will paint a 30', 4-color US Map on the upper playground and redo the lines for various games, weather permitting.

August 20 | Wrap Up | 9 am - 12 pm

Let's put the finishing touches on all the projects and prepare the campus for the New Family Picnic on August 25, 2016.

Proceeds from our 2015 - 2016 SPPA fundraising efforts were allocated to support these projects. Thank you SPPA supporters for making this possible!

Drop-ins are always welcome.

RSVPs are encouraged! RSVP by clicking on the button below.

Save the date for our Meet and Greet on August 30, 2016 as we look forward to another great school year at Saint Patrick Catholic School. Drop-in anytime between 9 AM and 12 PM to deliver school supplies and visit your classroom. It is a St. Pat's School tradition!
