The Cornerstone
My Dear Parish Family,

I want you to know that when Father Seamus called me out of Olympia 18 years ago to come work at Saint Patrick's and for you, I never looked back and have never once regretted saying "Yes" to his request. Oh, how swiftly those years have passed. I have been edified and humbled to work side by side each of you on this journey of faith together. Many changes have been made to make this parish; strengths-based and grace-filled. I will always treasure each of you and the spirit you give to our faith community.

If you see tears in my eyes in the weeks ahead they are tears of joy in blessing and gratitude. Thank you for making me feel such a part of this blessed and holy parish. I will return to Olympia from whence I came at the end of June to live out my retirement years with my children and grandchildren living close by.

I promise to hold each of you in deepest prayer as I hope you will pray for me. God bless you now and always.

Your Servant in Christ Our Lord,

Mary Randall
