I want to express my sincere thanks to the many volunteers and employees who worked on making our REACH Reunion Auction so successful. It starts with a deep sense of gratitude for Linda and Bruce Titus, co-chairs, who join a long list of past auction chairs who each dedicated a year of their lives to leading our school's largest fundraiser. Linda and Bruce's theme of "building on generations for a bright future" captured people's imagination, leading to one of the most successful auctions in the school's history.
My thanks also goes out to all of the committee chairs who worked on procurement, decorations, the Fund-an-Item, class projects, banking, set-up and clean-up. From website to invite, REACH is a community affair that works so well because of the commitment of so many. Thank you. I would be remiss not to thank our school staff who were similarly integral to our success. First is Christy Johnson, our Development Director, who championed this auction from beginning to end. I would also like to thank Gene Lao, our IT Director, who researched the best classroom technology: our (now fully-funded!) interactive panels. And of course, my sincere thanks to every teacher for their enthusiasm, flexibility, and willingness to volunteer on auction committees. Each faculty and staff member made hosting our auction back on campus a real joy. To all of you who donated, bid up items, or even just put up with the changes requisite for our auction's success, thank you. It was a fabulous event-a great source of pride for our school-and one that helps us to move into the future with greater confidence. With gratitude, Chris
