Hilton Head's Summer will Sizzle!
There will be no pity in be-back city for Hilton Head buyers. While many have been lucky the last few years in delaying their Hilton Head purchasing decision, market research shows supply dropping as buyers get off the fence. Buyer confidence is building and even higher priced properties are dropping in supply shown by the table below. Looks like local REALTORS, lenders, inspectors and attorneys are going to have a HOT summer on Hilton Head in 2013!

Another Reason to Pop In our Office
The works of wildlife photographer Joyce Harkins are currently on exhibit at Hilton Head Properties, located at 12 New Orleans Road. Harkins' "Salt Marsh" photography features beautiful shots of marshland landscape and wildlife indicative to the Lowcountry. She is best known for capturing bottlenose dolphins strand feeding - when a pod of dolphins find a school of fish, swim around them in small, concentric circles and eventually herd their prey against the shoreline. Harkins received a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the San Francisco Art Institute. For more information on her photography, visit www.southernsaltmarsh.com.
