Click Clack Surprise is a sequel to Click Clack Peep by Doreen Cronin and Betsy Lewin.

Farmer Brown and animals are planning a surprise birthday party for baby duck, but they are the ones in for the surprise!

This organization does many things to improve the quality of early childhood education.  They train childcare providers, license childcare centers, and help parents find centers and home care in their geographic area.

If you follow the "parents" link on their website (link above in title to section), you can "login as a guest" and choose whether you're looking for Licensed Centers; Licensed Group Homes; or Registered Family Homes in your zip-code area to generate a list.

Create your own Puffy Paint

Use equal parts white glue and shaving cream with a few drops of food coloring.  Using this "paint", have your child paint over a picture or the first letter of their name.  This activity helps with strengthening the muscles that will be used in writing.
