Greetings!
Fall is often people's favorite season and we're pretty partial to it here at KDL. Fall means we've packed away another wonderful summer reading season and we get to roll out one of our favorite programs, the
Write Michigan Short Story Contest. For the contest's 5 th year, we are delighted to be adding a Spanish-language category. Visit writemichigan.org for details and to submit a story. This fall we are also delighted to be hosting an Open House for our award-winning Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped at the Wyoming Branch. We'll be highlighting our adaptive technologies room and other services we offer to ensure KDL can be enjoyed by all of our residents. Please join us at the Wyoming Branch on Thursday, October 13, 3-5 p.m.
Wishing you terrific stories to enjoy on colorful, crisp fall days!
