KDL Caffeinated: Coffee & Tea Programs

KDL Caffeinated is back for a second round!  Please join us all month long as we visit and bring in some of the area's leading experts on coffee and tea. This season we will be touring Ferris Coffee and Nut as well as MadCap Coffee in downtown Grand Rapids. More program dates and times can be found on our event calendar. Registration is required for all KDL Caffeinated programs.  If reading about coffee and tea is more your style, we have a book list with all of the information you'd need to be a coffee or tea expert!

Find Your Voice with KDL Reads

This spring we are excited to bring you KDL Reads, a community reading event centered on the book Brown Girl Dreaming by Jacqueline Woodson. This powerful memoir chronicles Woodson's coming of age amid the backdrop of the turbulent 1960's. Woodson finds her voice and tells her story through beautifully rendered poems steeped in memory and with rich family ties. We hope that reading this book and engaging in our programming can help encourage you to find your voice. Programming for adults this spring will include Memoir Writing, Calligraphy, Bookbinding and Journal MakingEvery Family Has a Story, Show and Tell and more.
