 Greetings! We want KDL to be your destination for summer fun! With an exciting line-up of programs that feature animals, art and amazing acts, your family is sure to make fun memories at the library this summer. Don't forget that each of our 18 KDL branches has an indoor (and air-conditioned!) interactive play space called KDLville. It's a great place to visit on those long summer days when you want to get out of the house and still beat the heat. Stop by anytime!

 Celebrate Heroes! Today is the first day of Summer Reading at KDL, stop by your local branch and sign up for a summer of reading, programs and prizes! With separate programs for babies, kids, teens and adults, the whole family can get in on the fun. It's a great way to prevent the "summer slide." Parents, don't forget to sign up, your kids will be even more excited about reading if they see you doing it too!

Exciting news! Our video streaming service, hoopla, now offers free access to eBooks and comics like Ghostbusters and Sons of Anarchy. Don't forget to update your hoopla app so you can enjoy these new formats (unless your device has automatic updates, of course).
