It's part of the library's strategic plan to offer more programs that encourage you to explore your creativity. To that end, we're wrapping up our third annual Write Michigan short story contest with an awards ceremony on Saturday, March 21. We've also got registration open for our fourth annual Writers Conference, and creativity-centered programs in our branches for little ones, teens and adults.
If you are more of a visual creative, why not enter our all-ages Celebrate KDL Photo Contest this spring? Winning photos will be featured in an upcoming calendar, which will be sold to raise funds for library programs. That's creativity inspiring creativity!
