Minnesota Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act 
Takes Effect August 1, 2015
The Revised Uniform LLC Act was passed by the 2014 Minnesota Legislature and signed into law by Governor Dayton on April 11, 2014. Read the article by Jeff O'Brien which outlines some of the significant provisions of which Minnesota business owners should be aware.
