What:  Through Rev. Hallie Hottle at Miami Shores Presbyterian Church and her mom, we've been made aware of a very special chance to meet Andrew Hayward Smith, one of MSPC's own.  Andrew, who is descended from the lineage of the famed Antarctic explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, is making a four-month interactive motorcycle trip from Miami Shores, FL to the Arctic Circle and back, combining his passions for travel, charitable causes, marketing, photography, and writing, all in one 15,000 mile trip. On the route he is stopping at Presbyterian churches to collect dreams, which he will write on ribbons that will be tied around Miami Shores Presbyterian Church. Bring your dreams and visions for our church! 

  

  

When:  We will gather at Faith Church at 5 p.m. tomorrow evening, July 12.  There will be pizza!

  

Who:   All of you.

  

Why:   Andrew's mission is an interactive fund-raising trip where he is receiving pledges to reach certain goals and challenges. One of the goals is for him to visit Rev. Hallie's hometown, where Hallie is organizing a scavenger hunt for him, pictures of kissing livestock included.
