Take a peek at the fabulous new 2013 Effanbee Patsy Collection ...
One of Effanbee's great successes was the Patsy doll designed by Bernard Lipfert and advertised in 1928. Patsy, one of the first dolls to have a wardrobe, portrayed a three year old girl with a pouty mouth, short bobbed hair and classic outfits.
In 2002, Robert Tonner of the Tonner Doll Company acquired Effanbee.
