Voices of Destruction, Visions of Hope:
Texts of the 7 Weeks
The High Holy Days are coming...will you be ready?
Tuesdays at 7:00PM July 16th*, 23rd, 30th; August 6th
In the seven weeks between Tisha B'Av (the day on which we commemorate the destruction of the Temples) and Rosh Hashanah, the prophetic readings (Haftarot) guide us towards introspection and self-improvement....just in time for the High Holy Days. This summer, dive into four of these special texts. Our rabbis and cantors will share their own questions and insights, and you'll bring your own.
To register or for more information, email adulted@crsnyc.org or call 646-454-3029.
*The first class will offer musical and textual reflections on the commemoration of Tisha B'Av. |

We will be holding a very special commemoration of Kristallnacht at Rodeph Sholom on Friday, November 8th during Shabbat services. Please note that this is a new date.
