Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21, room 241 will be reserved from 12:10 p.m. to 2 p.m. for students who want to complete their application forms. I will be there throughout the two hours to help students who need assistance. 

 

What to bring? For Québec and Ontario universities, you need to bring your permanent code. Some applications require that you list courses in which you are currently registered. Besides your personal information (address, contact information, etc.), you might also need to bring a method of payment (credit card) to complete the process. You can submit your application later if you cannot or do not want to pay that day. Just come and complete all the other information.

For those who can't be there, do not worry. Another session will be organized at the beginning of February.

The English Peer Tutor Drop-in Service will be open for business for the winter semester February 11 and February 13 from 12:10 until 13:55 in room 340. This service will be offered until the week preceding final exams. Students are seen on a strictly first come first served basis.

Spend a day with someone who is doing the job you would like to do one day.

St. Lawrence is taking part in Jeunes Explorateur d'un jour and you can sign up for a job-shadowing event. You have up until January 30 to register  for one of the two job-shadowing days (February 20 for the health sector and April 10 for the other fields). This activity has been approved by the College. You are responsible for advising your teachers of your absence and you will have to make the necessary arrangements for your class.
