This information provides 
a great start to keeping your customers connected to your business. (Don't use this information to flood them with promotional material - there is a time for marketing.) Use it to add value to their relationship with you. After all, this is 
a relationship based on trust.

Now they have shared
this information with you, you have the opportunity 
to give something back. How? Send them a 
periodic e-mail (or newsletter) that gives tips and hints on how to make their lives easier or
