In the last issue, I talked about checking your employees' pulse. This issue talks about finding out how your customers feel about you.
Every time you talk with a customer, initiate a quick discussion on how they are feeling about your product or service. Think about creating a quick survey card to send to customers. This will easily demonstrate to them that you intend to continually improve on your service. |
