Greetings!
During a recent walk through with a prospect, I was really struck by how tangible our "Family" core value is. As we walked through, every employee gave a smile, nod or high five. The energy was palpable. Everyone has something to give, be it an answer about our quality inspection intervals, an explanation of how our processes have been updated, or to share a great story about one of our core values. For me, the family vibe and the substance behind our workers and their stories is really what provides our rhythm and pulse.
