Greetings to our 8,216 subscribers,
 A Couple cloudy days sure does not stop the beach goers in Sayulita. After some light rain drizzle Thursday morning, the beach soon filled up with families, surfers and paddle boarders enjoying a break from the hot sun and making the most of the day!
The season is definitely in full swing this week (as you can read in the article below) with loads of tourists, returning "locals" and wedding parties galore! I really feel confident stating this will be Sayulita's best Season ever.

24-hour-a-day trash service in Sayulita?

No way! Trash pick-up is only in the early mornings. Trash placed in the street (or in a trash bin) after pick-up attracts more trash, is very unsightly, and poses a threat to our healthy community. Here are a few tips to help keep Sayulita beautiful: - Make sure trash is well secured in durable plastic bags.
- Place trash where animals cannot access.
- Only set out trash in the early mornings BEFORE pick-up. (This applies to corner trash traps as well.)
- Help remind your neighbors to follow these easy guidelines.
Homeowners: Trash from your rental house is your responsibility. Please ensure your staff is following the above recommendations.

Bite This: Season Officially Opens with Pancakes at Rollie's

A sure indicator of the opening of Sayulita's season is Rollie's dishing up its pancakes-and--and a lot more. The El Sayulero eating team was there for Rollie's opening day, Sunday November 10th and the place was packed from the opening bell. The pancakes, three of them to an order, are as big as the plate and will knock out your hunger pangs until at least dinner.
Lots of great egg dishes and the kitchen is always ready to stir up something special. Rollie's for breakfast goes together like ham and eggs, a very appropriate analogy, except you get bacon! The bacon is nice and crisp and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. You bet!
La senal que ya es temporada alta en Sayulita es cuando Rollie's empieza a servir sus hotcakes y muchos! El Sayulero estaba ahi en la apertura de Rollie's el domingo 10 de noviembre y el lungar estaba lleno desde la primera hora. Los hotcakes, tres en cada orden son grandes y hara que tu hambre se desaparezca hasta la cena.
Hay muchos platillos de huevos tambien y la cocina siempre esta lista para servir algo especial para desayunar. El tocino tambien es crujiente y el jugo de naranja es fresca!
