Greetings to our 8,172 subscribers,
 After a hot spell the last couple of weeks Sayulita finally got a downpour of rain early Thursday morning cooling down the temperatures and making our hillsides beautifully green. Now in to the month of August, summer in Sayulita is in full swing and so is summer tourism. This July was the busiest July that many locals, business owners and vacation home owners have seen. In the past month there were plenty of summer weddings in Sayulita, large groups of vacationers, backpackers and visitors passing through to enjoy the town, surf and hot summer weather. Also, these past two weeks have been busy with musicians passing through town and playing some great tunes in the streets and in local eateries. All kinds of music can be heard in the Sayulita plaza during the evenings from drummers and guitarists to saxophone players, singers and a 2-man band! It's a great time to be out and about in Sayulita!
I hope everyone in Sayulita is enjoying the summer vibe of the town and keeping cool! Thank you for reading El Sayulero.

Despu�s de una ola de calor el �ltimo par de semanas Sayulita finalmente consigui� un aguacero de lluvia la ma�ana del jueves el enfriamiento de las temperaturas y hacer nuestras laderas muy verde. Ahora bien, en el mes de agosto, el verano en Sayulita est� en pleno apogeo y tambi�n lo es el turismo de verano. Este mes de julio fue el m�s concurrido de julio que muchos vecinos, empresarios y propietarios de apartamentos vacacionales se han visto. En el �ltimo mes hab�a un mont�n de bodas de verano en Sayulita, grandes grupos de turistas, mochileros y los visitantes que pasan por disfrutar de la ciudad, el surf y el clima caliente del verano. Adem�s, estas �ltimas dos semanas han estado muy ocupados con m�sicos de paso por la ciudad y tocar algunas canciones muy buenas en las calles y en los restaurantes locales. Todos los tipos de m�sica se puede escuchar en la plaza Sayulita durante las noches de bateristas y guitarristas de saxofonistas, cantantes y una banda de 2 hombres! Es un buen momento para estar fuera de casa en Sayulita!

Sayulita Kids Festival 2013 Fun For All Ages

On July 21st 2013, Sayulita held its first Festival de Los Ni�os or Kids Festival! Many familiar faces from around town were aglow (adults included), upon seeing all the fun games and events set up for Sayulita's Festival de Los Ni�os. In one spot, we heard animals roaring and growling from a fun kids yoga session led by Nara and Taisuke from Paraiso Yoga. The attention to detail is immaculate and the owners make sure you are properly ventilated by pointing fans in your direction and whipping you up chocolate-coffee milkshakes. The atmosphere is quaint and quiet, offering a good selection of background tunes, and the patio area out front makes you feel at home. Daily specials etched in friendly chalk lettering on their sign, a place to kick back and relax under shady umbrellas, doggie water bowls for our four legged friends, and about the most friendly people on the planet are the things that keep us coming back!
