The National Association of Realtors (NAR) released the 2013 First Quarter Metropolitan Home Prices report in which five of New Jersey's market areas showed growth. Notably the New York - Wayne - Whiteplains market and the Trenton - Ewing market were again strong metro areas. During the first quarter of 2012 all but one market (Atlantic City) had lower median sales prices than 2011, demonstrating that the markets around the state continue to stabilize.
