Merit Badge Counselors must re-charter (re-register) every year.

A list of Merit Badge Counselors will be delivered to your Committee Chair or Scoutmaster this week.  Make sure you get this list, review it and turn it into the scout office by June 30, 2016 (Or Sooner). Contact Ray Jacobson for more questions.

There will also be a list at the District table at the Council Program Kickoff this Thursday.

Spring Recruitment

Is your Pack recruiting boys this spring? If not, it's not too late to start. Spring is the perfect time to recruit new boys into Scouting. Conduct neighborhood recruitments, invite boys to your May pack meeting, sign them up for Scouts and let them join in on your fun summer adventures this year including day camp and so much more!

It's simple to enter: Find a great picture from your Pinewood Derby experience and email it to nicholewasden@gmail.com by June 1, 2016.  Make sure to include your pack number and contact info.  We will post the winner and runners-up on our district site.

HOW DO I DO THAT?

We are trying to have more activities out doors.
When do I need to fill out a tour plan and how do I do that?
 - Times when a tour and activity plan must be submitted, what training is needed (YPT & Hazardous is needed for all permits), and more.

Video - This Video walks you through the tour plan online application

Don't need a tour permit?  Please have parents fill out the ACTIVITY CONSENT FORM

When you create an event in Scoutbook you can optionally print permission slips for your invitees. Scoutbook automatically fills out either an LDS or non-LDS permission slip depending how your unit is setup in Scoutbook.

If you don't see your ward or stake do the following:  You can enter your ward and stake from the Edit Pack or Edit Troop page. Once they are entered, go back to your event and press the Permission Slips button and they will appear with the ward and stake information.

(All this info is on our District Website too)
