The California Department of Education ("CDE") is currently engaged in litigation withtwo non-profit associations comprised of parents and guardians of children withdisabilities. The plaintiffs in that litigation have requested numerous documents, as well as student data collected and stored by CDE, which may include personally identifiablestudent information.

To comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"), CDE has
been ordered, among other things, to inform parents and students of the disclosure of such information. CDE has requested that school districts and SELPAs post the following link to CDE's website: http://www.cde.ca.gov/morganhillcase. The link provides a Notice and Objection form to allow parents to object, by April 1, 2016, to the disclosure of personally identifiable information related to their children.

Please understand that the district is not a party to the litigation and is not required todisclose any student information, nor does it intend to do so. For more information, please contact CDE directly at (916) 319-0800.
DRAMA BOOSTERSdrama

I was going to say "The ad says it all" and then I thought, no, it doesn't! It gives you the essentials, with a nice Disney image. What it doesn't say is YOU ARE IN FOR A TREAT! The show is going to be fantastic. I've had some small sneak previews and I can tell you, the set design and the costumes will make for a wonderful show. And that's not to mention the cast and crew who are ready to give you the show of their lives.
Make sure to put this on your calendar. For all you folks who like to make the last minute decisions, it's crunch time! If you wait too long, you'll be sitting towards the back, if there are seats at all. So, come on, get to the Drama Booster website at https://www.whsdramaboosters.org and get your tickets now. I've said it before, come to the earlier shows because you're going to want to come a second time. Don't delay. Get your tickets. Tell a friend or two or TEN! We'll see you at the theater!
