IT'S JUST DUCKY!

Ducklings 1

Learning, that is. Students in several classes - from Kindergarten to 7th grade, participated in Embryology in the Classroom, a project that provided them with a real-life experience of the life cycle of an organism. Under their teachers' supervision, they began incubating duck and chick eggs.

Ducklings 3

Although only 6 ducks and 12 chicks survived, students learned a number of lessons, including that sometimes conditions prevent the successful completion of gestation. But on a happier note, the ducklings and chicks are adorable!

ICE CREAM TREAT RELIEVES THE HEAT!
Ice cream was a welcome treat to students as the temperature outside shot up. Our principal, Sr. Patricia, rewarded the entire school (excluding Pre-K and Kindergarten, who had already concluded their year) with ice cream and all the fixings for a job well done. Our students in all grades passed their religion exams. Even faculty and other staff got to indulge!   Ice Cream Teacher

Dear St. Raymond School Parents, Alumni and Friends:

It's a wrap! The school year has ended.

We had a very busy and very productive spring. We celebrated First Communion and Confirmation, and several classes raised ducklings and chicks for a science project.

We also had Moving Up ceremonies for our early childhood classes, our 8th Grade Awards Dinner Dance, Graduation, and the Honors Assembly. Read on for more details.

Have a wonderful and safe summer.

Elaine Nole

Advancement Director
