Tea Thyme Soda

This simple black tea is infused with cinnamon and fresh thyme for a crisp, refreshing taste. The ancient Greeks used thyme in their baths and burnt it as incense in their temples, believing it was a source of courage. In the European Middle Ages, the herb was placed beneath pillows to aid sleep and ward off nightmares. Today, thyme tea is thought to help ease the symptoms of coughs and bronchitis.
