APRIL 26th: ERWC's 14th annual Community Pride Highway Cleanup
presented by Vail Resorts Echo: "As the snow melts along our local highways, hundreds of volunteers will again team up to remove the tons of trash left behind from a busy winter. In what has become thestate's largest highway cleanup, 138 miles of the valley's main highways (I-70, Hwys 6, 24 and 131) will be lined with orange bags of trash collected by local volunteers. This year the Eagle River Watershed Council's Community Pride Highway Clean Up will be held on Saturday, April 26th, from 9 a.m. to noon. After the cleanup, volunteers and their families are invited to a Thank You BBQ at the Broken Arrow Restaurant from noon to 2 pm featuring live music, beer from Crazy Mountain Brewery and delicious food prepared by the Arrowhead Alpine Club!"

DOWNTOWN MINTURN:
FEATURED BUSINESS
The Scarab was founded in 1992 by Jane Rohr, a treasure hunter from Istanbul, and Larry Stone, a connoisseur and collector from the Southern US. Today they bring rugs and one-of-a-kind riches across oceans and into your everyday life.
The Scarab is more than a retail store. It is a gathering place for kindred spirits to reconnect and a shopping experience that puts people in touch with the things that matter. It is a long-time favorite of the interior design community, as well as savvy homeowners and friends who return again and again. And first time visitors revel in unique surprises.
Wander through their showroom to discover handcrafted merchandise that expresses your individuality and adds a touchstone of meaning. Their collection of furniture, dcor and personal accessories are vintage collectibles or authentic pieces handmade by artisans. They look for items that have a purpose, as well as those that are repurposed and up-cycled.
