September 2013 - Plenty of Teen Events Happening in Ferguson
The 1st Trash to Treasure Craft Saturday is Saturday
This Saturday, FYI will host the first session on transforming old furniture, soda cans, candle remnants into treasure. These treasured items will be reused in the new youth spaces at the old firehouse or resold as part of a fundraiser for FYI. This Saturday from 10 am - Noon at 110 Church Street. Come around back to the Backbay.
Next Spot 394 is October 12th
The next Spot 394 is October 12th and will take place at the Emerson Family YMCA from 7 - 10 pm.  This teen event is packed with activities including basketball, swimming, volleyball, games, movies, PlayStation, music and of course food.  Tickets are only $1 and can be purchased from the Ferguson Parks & Rec office or at your local school.  Click here for more details ... FYI Teen Activity Card & Incentive Program
The FYI Activity Card is an incentive program rewarding youth for volunteering and attending Ferguson Parks & Recreation and FYI / FYAB events. With this card, teens get points towards Parks&Rec Teen Trips and/or other rewards. Click here for more information.
MAKING IT with iBones - Become a Teen Entrepreneur

FYI is offering teens an opportunity to develop their business skills while earning a little cash. iBones are gourmet dog bones that have successfully been manufactured, marketed, and sold in the St. Louis region for years ...

Parent University Series - Preparing Our Students for the Next Level
Wellspring Church is offering a Parent University Series. 
 
This series helps parents preparing our students for the next level of education. It's open to all parents. 

First session is Sept 16, 2013 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.  Wellspring is located at 33 S. Florissant Road in Downtown Ferguson.

This series is offered in partnership with Ferguson Florissant School District and Superior Support Services.
