Earn a Bike Program coming to Ferguson

This St. Louis BICYCLE WORKS program gives youth the opportunity to earn a free bike while they learn about bicycle safety and maintenance from volunteers. The youth work independently and in groups to solve problems. They must attend every session to graduate. Graduates  earn their own bike, helmet, light & lock

Sponsored by the Ferguson Bicycle Shop, this program will run for 6 Mondays in a row (5-7pm) starting Feb 25th.  Location to be Determined. Space is limited so Apply Today

The next Spot 394 is Saturday, February 23rd from 7-10pm

FYI will host the next teen event on February 23rd at the Emerson Family YMCA. Only 100 tickets are available so make sure to get yours today.  Look for the "Spot 394 - Tickets Here" poster at the following locations: Ferguson Parks and Rec; Blessed Teresa of Calcutta School; McCluer High School; McCluer South Berkeley High School; Emerson Family YMCA; and Ferguson Middle School. Great Minds at work Supporting Young People

On Saturday January 12th, 18 supporters spent there Saturday morning discussing possible visions for the future of FYI. Visions ranged from recreation programs to a youth center to a youth poetry slam to youth campaign to bring a frozen yogurt shop to Ferguson.  The group is currently strengthening these visions into achievable plans ... want to find out more and help?  Click Here
Ferrariums - the newest fundraising craft offered by FYI

FYI's Ferrariums are terrariums made from donated glass bowls by the volunteers and youth of the FYI and the Ferguson Youth Advisory Board.  Terrariums are enclosed replicas of the natural environment - a bit of the outdoors that can be brought inside.  They require a certain amount of humidity in order for the plants to flourish and function normally. We hope you enjoy these hand-made treasures. Contact us to purchase one or find us at the Indoor Market.
