Update - Ferguson Youth Advisory Board Design Project

The Ferguson Youth Advisory Board has taken on a design thinking project to create more activities for young people in Ferguson.  Design thinking is a way to solve problems that encourages us all to think like designers and use creativity to come up with solutions.  The same process that goes into making iPhones, sneakers, and all the other products that grab your attention is used to tackle issues in the community.

So far, FYAB has developed a bag full of great ideas that they are narrowing down into a single plan by interviewing their peers and weighing the options to determine the best plan forward.  Their final product will be a visual representation of their concept to share with the community.  Stay tuned for updates in the FYI newsletter and on the website!
