H&A's 2013-14 Board of Directors:

• Benjamin Lilly, (senior vice president/director of embassy programs), chairman
• Robert McAtee (vice president/director of mechanical), secretary
• Jared Jamison (vice president/operations manager), treasurer
• Craig Newton (senior vice president/director of federal programs), board member
• Larry Willis (senior vice president/director of government programs), board member

For the first time in H&A's history, the board elected two advisor members to provide an outside perspective as well as insight on business strategy:

• Jonathan Whitaker, associate professor, University of Richmond - Robins School of Business
  Jonathan moderated H&A's strategic planning session this year. He has conducted research for Forbes Global 200 companies and currently teaches at the University of Richmond.
• Michael Knupp, management consultant
  Michael has spent his entire career in the engineering and professional services sector starting as a project cost analyst and progressing to the position of CEO.

H&A's board of directors is responsible for firm governance, setting company policy, bestowing corporate titles, and appointing the president.
