Thanks, this is very helpful!  It's nice not to feel like I have to do 60 minutes of cardio every day, doing the same run each time, and I've felt more of a workout from Tuesday/Thurs this past week than from any of the intense circuit training I've done in the past. (m.f)

Maintaining a positive attitude is so key to our success and perfection! A little inspiration goes a long way as well!
  
I know, you like the bathing suit, but take a second to notice the tone arms and back, not to mention her high bum! We can do this!
  
We've been focusing a lot on arms, hamstrings and butt the last few weeks and will continue to do so as short shorts are calling!
  
It is possible! You don't have to live with cellulite! You just need to push it big time with our hamstring lifts and watch the smoothing and toning!

                    LUNCH DETOX

  

CHILLED SOUP! LENTIL SALAD! 

As though you were embracing a part time nutritional detox cleanse, eating a really clean, refreshing lunch (or dinner!) puts you on the right track and can keep you energized through your workouts! Try either of these quickies!
  
 
 
 
 
Smoky Roasted Red Pepper Soup
4 Red Peppers
1 lb tomatoes
2 TBS sherry vinegar
1 TBS olive oil
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  
To roast the red peppers, brush with a small amount of olive oil and place on a hot grill until black on all sides. Plop into a sealable plastic bag for about 5 minutes and the skins should peel right off. Running under cool water can help with the seeds after the skins are off.
Combine all other ingredients and puree.
Chill at least one hour
Garnish with a bit of olive oil and chopped chives or sage leaves
  

Fizzy Melon Soup

4 slices prosciutto

5 cups cantaloupe, cubed

2 TBS agave nectar

2 cups prosecco (or sparkling water)

 

In a non stick skillet over medium high heat, crisp the prosciutto for about 1 to 2 min per side, let cool, then crumble. 

In a food processor, pulse the cantaloupe and agave until finely chopped but not totally smooth.  Stir in the prosecco.

Divide among four bowls, garnish each with prosciutto and fresh basil 

 

LENTIL SALAD

 

1 TBS Dijon mustard

2 TBS any wine or sherry vinegar

4 TBS olive oil

1 tsp salt

black pepper to taste

4 cups cooked or canned lentils, drained

3 large, ripe tomatoes chopped

1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

 

Mix mustard, vinegar, oil, salt ad pepper in a large bowl wit 2 TBS water; whisk until well combined.

Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss until coated with dressing. Season to taste
