INFORMATION

Please read carefully

• Directions: see map and link on the left-hand side of this email
• Parking: there will be plenty of on-site self parking space available in front or to the left of the hotel building
• Location: the reception will be held in the CATALINA room. Follow the signs
• Name Badges/Tickets: your name badge is also your ticket and will be waiting for you. Please pick up your name badge as you enter the Catalina room!
• Food: (included in your ticket): typical Dutch 'finger food' freshly prepared by 'our' Chef Marcus van Winden will be available thoughout the reception
• Beverages: can be purchased at the bar inside the Catalina room. Cash or credit cards are accepted
• Dutch Dinner (optional): a typical Dutch Dinner Plate (Andijvie Stamppot, gehaktbal, jus, mosterd) has been prepared by Chef Marcus! You can enjoy it at the Hotel Bar & Patio opposite the Catalina Room (so not inside the Catalina room). Just walk over, take a seat, order the plate and enjoy! Marcus' special price (not included in the ticket price) is $9.00 per plate, including taxes, excluding gratuity!
• Staying the night? If you would like to stay the night the Lodge on the Desert offers a special events room rate. Please let us know ASAP
