It is my pleasure to make you aware that on November 20 and 21, 2013, we will offer a limited opportunity for selected individuals to apply for a Dutch passport at the Netherlands Consulate office in Scottsdale, AZ. Please note that submission of the form does not guarantee an appointment. We can only accommodate 50 applicants during the two days. We will send you a confirmation after we receive your completed form.
