Greetings!
Attended by more than 50 guests, the 2013 New Year's Reception and Buffet at the beautiful historic Tanque Verde Ranch was a fun, 'super-gezellig' and memorable event!
Shortly after 11:30 AM the guests arrived and soon the room filled with lots of conversation and laughter. While enjoying their drinks, folks caught up with old friends and met many new people, several of whom were first-time visitors to the Tanque Verde Ranch.
At noon the gourmet buffet opened: time to fill the plates and enjoy the delicious foods at one of the many tables reserved for our group, where every guest found a little box with treats, especially made for this event by Yolande!
Even the most fervent dieter fell victim to everything that was available and found themselves returning to the buffet for seconds, thirds and more! And the choice of desserts? You have to see the
pictures to believe this!
Around 2 PM it was time to break up. Some went home; others took a stroll around the ranch area to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, barns and horses.
