In less than a week Sinterklaas will be arriving in Willcox!
The Sinterklaas 2012 Committee is very excited the 'Goedheiligman' accepted our invitation and that so many of you are coming out to this event to meet him! Over 60 guests will attend, far exceeding Sint's expectations!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!
As you have seen from the original invitation, there are a few items to bring:
- A gift-wrapped present for a man (bought by a male guest) or a woman (bought by a female guest), not to exceed $10. Keep in mind that the ages range from teens to adults, so try to find something a bit 'age neutral' if possible. Clearly mark the present with an "M" or "F".
- This is a potluck event: bring food and drinks for a few people. Send an email to Arno and Colleen Zandbergen today at nlarno@yahoo.com and let them know what you're bringing, so they can coordinate.
- Parents/Guardians of small children: if you want, Sinterklaas can personally hand a gift to your child and say a few words (photo opportunity!). See information below as to what you need to do.
- If you want to make sure you have a seat, please bring a folding chair!

PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF SMALL CHILDREN ONLY!
- If you bring one or more small children, you can buy each child a gift-wrapped present, not to exceed $20 per gift per child
- Bring it to the event and hand it to one of the Sinterklaas Committee members upon arrival
- Be sure to clearly mark the child's name and age on the present. Sint's eyes are not the best, as you can imagine...!
- Sinterklaas will personally hand this gift to your child with a few nice (and, if necessary, mildly corrective :-) things to say
- Make sure you email the text you would like Sinterklaas to read to your child from his Big Book to Els de Kok at ejdekok@hotmail.com
RAFFLE TICKETS AT NLBORRELS: We will be selling raffle tickets at the upcoming NLBorrrels (11/30). The winner will receive 50% of raffle sales, the balance goes towards the 2012 Sinterklaas party. See Jessica van der Lede or Michelle Deraedt.

If you decide you're not going to make it after all, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a waiting list of people we had to turn down because we are completely sold out. If you cancel your reservation and we can resell your tickets, your tickets will be refunded
