NEW DIELECTRIC Second Stage Regulators from RegOŽ
|
Application
RegO Dielectric second stage regulators are engineered to isolate potential electrical current from metallic piping before entering a building to comply with NFPA 58 regulations. The use of a separate dielectric union is not necessary because the regulator contains a dielectric union as part of the inlet assembly. The Regulators are available in both SAE Flare and FNPT inlet connections.
RegO's Dielectric second stage regulators are designed to reduce first stage pressure normally 10PSIG down to burner pressure, normally 11" W.C. and are ideal for medium commercial installations, multiple cylinders installations and normal domestic loads.
Features
- Female NPT Dielectric Union is made of Brass with inlet Portion Made of Plated Steel
- Male SAE Flare inlet connection made of solid Brass
- All second stage features are the same as LV4403B Series
All RegO Dielectric Second Stage Regulators feature the RegO Products
10 Year Warranty and RegO Regulator 25 Year Silver Service Life.

Regulator SAFETY NOTICE
WHAT TO DO AFTER THE FLOOD
Propane Regulators:
Damage to regulators and controls is a significant problem resulting from flooding. NPGA recommends a complete inspection of the entire system by qualified propane service technicians because water damage to propane equipment and appliances is not always readily apparent. Water and debris can find their way inside regulators and controls, causing potential safety issues.
WARNING
AFTER A FLOOD, qualified service technicians need to replace the regulator and/or pressure relief valves if there are signs of water, dirt, debris, or corrosion. Regulator manufacturers recommend replacing all regulators that have been submerged under water. Water from floods can carry chemicals and other contaminants that will attack the components: including the diaphragm, seat disc and lever assembly.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRY TO MODIFY OR REPAIR VALVES, REGULATORS, OR OTHER APPLIANCE PARTS.

NEW Products
The Next Generation Magnetel Rough Rider Gauges Rochester Gauges improved the design of Rough Rider gauges recently by implementing drain holes at the support, float, and magnet chamber. These drains prevent liquid freeze-ups due to hydro-static testing of ASME cargo tanks. This feature previously available on -12 models only, is now made available for -11 models. Rochester Gauges has recently implemented a Guaranteed 2-week lead time on the manufacturing of Rough Rider Gauges. And, ALL Rough Rider Gauges will have standard, the fluorescent R3D dial; capable for Remote Monitoring (REMOTE READY) and MR Light Module compatibility. Other dials will remain available as optional selections. The Standard -11 Rough Rider comes with a zinc plated counter balance. An optional Zinc Phosphate coated counter balance as a cost effective approach for Anhydrous Ammonia and other mildly aggressive chemicals is now available. For highly aggressive chemicals we recommend our all stainless steel (-12) model. NEW Magnetel MR Light Module
Rochester Gauges has developed a NEW MR light module for use with Remote-Ready dials that provides illumination for the 4" Fluorescent R3D Magnetel Dial. The MR Light Module cover offers a clear and bright view of the dial in dark and after-hours conditions. It includes 10 feet of pre-wired cable to connect power from the truck to the illuminated module. It is non polarity sensitive. And, it does not interfere with Remote Monitoring - meaning customers can have a light module and a Remote Monitoring module installed together or just a light module. Features: - Designed for installation on existing 4" MagnetelŽ RoughRiderŽ R3DŽ Fluorescent Remote Ready Dials.
- Illuminates dial providing clear and easy viewing in dark conditions.
- Easily retrofits on existing dials by replacing existing module cover with new Lighted MR Module Cover. [Required power supply voltage - 9-32 volts (100ma)]
- Does not interfere with installation of Magneto-Resistive (MR) module for remote reading.

A note from mom...John, a well-to-do bachelor, invited his mother over for dinner one night. During the meal, Mom couldn't help notice how attractive and shapely the house keeper was, and wondered if there was more going on than meets the eye. John sensing what his mother was thinking said to her "I know what you're thinking, Mom, but I assure you my relationship with the house keeper is purely professional."A week later, the house keeper told John that ever since his mother's visit a silver gravy ladle has been missing. John sent his mother a note which said, "Mom, I'm not saying you did take the gravy ladle, and I'm not saying you didn't, but the fact remains one has been missing since you were here".A few days later he receives a note from his mother. "John: I'm not saying you sleep with your house keeper, nor am I saying you're not. But the fact remains that if she were sleeping in her own bed she would have found the gravy ladle by now. Love, Mom".

A man was driving along the highway, and saw a rabbit hopping across the middle of the road. He swerved to avoid hitting the rabbit, but unfortunately the rabbit jumped in front of the car and was hit. The driver, being a sensitive man as well as an animal lover, pulled over to the side of the road and got out to see what had become of the rabbit.
Much to his dismay, the rabbit was dead. The driver felt so awful he began to cry.
A woman driving down the highway saw the man crying on the side of the road and pulled over. She stepped out of her car and asked the man what was wrong. "I feel terrible," he explained. "I accidently hit this rabbit and killed it." The woman told the man not to worry. She knew what to do. She went to her car trunk and pulled out a spray can. She walked over to the limp, dead rabbit, and sprayed the contents of the can onto the rabbit. Miraculously, the rabbit came to life, jumped up, waved its paw at the two humans and hopped down the road. 50 feet away the rabbit stopped, turned around, waved at the two again, hopped down the road another 50 feet, turned, waved, and hopped another 50 feet.
The man was astonished. He couldn't figure out what substance could be in the woman's spray can! He ran over to the woman and demanded, " What was in your spray can? What did you spray onto that rabbit?" The woman turned the can around so that the man could read the label. It said: "'Hare Spray' Restores Life to Dead Hare. Adds Permanent Wave."
