RegO Product Information Updates
- NEW Regulator ID Labels
- NEW A8012 High Capacity Liquid Withdrawal Valve for NH3

1) RegO is proud to announce the implementation of a NEW regulator ID Label program
covering first stage, second stage and twin stage regulators (Click link below for Label Program Information, Sample GasCheck form utilization and a list of applicable regulators & specifications).
The ID Label provides an easy means to track and record valuable information about RegO regulators. The ID Labels are a two part sticker that includes the model number, serial number, date of manufacture, type of regulator, spring setting range and relief valve information.
Installing the ID labels are very easy to complete. They are designed so that the service person or installer applies one part to the regulator bonnet and the second part is than applied to Gas Check or company forms for record keeping purposes. The serial number on the ID Label then becomes a permanent means of record keeping and the serial number will be specific to that regulator.
RegO's ID Label program will be officially launched at the 2016 NPGA Trade Show in
Nashville, TN.

Gastite® FlashShield™ Certification Training Now Available Online
PORTLAND, TENN., U.S. . . . Gastite®, a leading manufacturer of flexible gas piping, has announced that their FlashShield™ Design and Installation Certification Course is now available to take online. The course is intended for industry professionals only. Successful completion of the interactive online course, in addition to your local industry requirements, qualifies licensed professionals to be certified by Gastite, and authorizes them to purchase and install the company's innovative FlashShield CSST gas piping system.
"Previously, certification training has only been conducted on a job site or at a designated facility," Patrick Cruz, Marketing Manager of Gastite said. "We developed the online training option so that our customers can choose to take it whenever and wherever works best for them. It is quick, easy, and convenient." Though completion of the course takes about an hour, customers are encouraged to work at their own pace. It does not need to be finished in one sitting.
Designed to work with the FlashShield Design and Installation Guide that can be downloaded, the course incorporates a comprehensive overview of FlashShield, which is the only system on the market that is metallically-shielded, features the highest lightning resistivity, and is listed to the ICC-ES PMG LC1027 standard. Through a series of slides, audio, video, and animation, the online program is organized into sections with a series of questions at the end of each section. Customers must answer the questions correctly before moving to the next section.
Once the course has been successfully completed, the customer will receive a temporary license number. The certification is valid for three years.
"Traditional, on-site training sessions are still available," Patrick Cruz added. "They are scheduled in advance, usually for groups, and conducted by a certified Gastite instructor. Whether customers opt for in-person or online training, our objective is to provide them with thorough information that's easy to understand and helps them do their jobs the right way and in a timely manner."

UPS has announced efforts to optimize the supply chain by making investments in the speed, scope and coverage of their transportation network. To support ongoing expansion and capabilities enhancements, while striving to maintain the high service levels everyone expects from UPS, they will increase published rates.

Effective December 28, 2015*, the published rates for UPS services will increase. This supports ongoing expansion and capabilities enhancements, as UPS strives to maintain the high service levels expected from UPS.
Committed to Your Success As you look toward the year to come, here are some new enhancements that can help you:
Reach more customers earlier - UPS is improving their delivery coverage again, and are enhancing UPS Next Day Air® Early** service by expanding to nearly 4,500 additional ZIP Codes™. They offer overnight delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states and by 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to most other cities in the U.S. Additional extended delivery locations will be guaranteed up to 2:00 p.m.
International expansions to serve you better - They have recently expanded UPS Worldwide Express® service to more than 41,000 new postal codes around the world, creating earlier guaranteed delivery options for customers in addition to the end-of-day guarantee offered by UPS Worldwide Saver® service. They already deliver more packages internationally and offer more guaranteed package delivery options than any other carrier.
Convenience and control - UPS has significantly expanded their UPS Access Point™ network. By the end of 2015, they expect to have more than 8,000 UPS Access Point locations in select U.S. cities and 22,000 globally. These local businesses - like The UPS Store® locations and local grocery stores - offer flexible pickup for consumers who are not home to receive their eligible deliveries and serve as convenient drop-off points for eligible prepaid and return packages.
An enhanced supply chain portfolio - UPS acquired Coyote Logistics, adding large-scale truckload brokerage services to their portfolio, continuing to expand their services from multi-modal freight shipments to small-package delivery.
Package
The rates for UPS® Ground services and accessorials will increase an average net 4.9%.
The rates for UPS Air and International services and accessorials will increase an average net 5.2%.
Effective December 28, 2015, the Standard List rates will be combined with the Daily rates and will be published under the name Daily rates. Customers with Standard List rates should reference the combined Daily rates.
The 2016 UPS Rate and Service Guide will be available to download on December 28, 2015.
Air Freight
UPS Air Freight rates and accessorials within and between the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico will increase an average net 5.2%.
UPS Freight®
UPS Freight rates for shipments rated on the current UPS Freight 560 (US48), 525 (to and from Canada) and 570/571 (to and from Mexico) Tariffs will increase an average net 4.9%. These rates will be available at ltl.upsfreight.com beginning October 26, 2015, the effective date of these rates.
*The impact of these changes on your shipping costs will vary according to your shipping characteristics and the terms of your UPS agreement. For additional information and to review these new rates, visit ups.com/rates.

It's that time of year again; Daylight Savings Time change and Time to Adjust your Clocks! Including the ones on your mobile computing systems and meters.
We are providing an instruction sheet for you to print, use now and save for the next time change in the spring. (This is helpful during springing forward and falling back for Daylight Savings Time)
