Important Announcement for CENTERON Tank Monitor Customers
Regarding Newly Implemented Centeron Tank Monitoring Call Block Renewal Procedures.
August 6, 2014 from Centeron
For those customers with Centeron Remote Tank Level Monitors, you can view a Centeron produced explanation recording and video announcing the NEW Call Block Renewal Process.

Click on the link below to view the video recording. But be sure and LOGIN to your Centeron Account online to view information on the Call Block Renewal Process; there you also have the option of downloading the video.  You may also be asked to acknowledge and confirm your current email address.
In response to customer requests, Centeron has recently made changes to their Call Block renewal process.  The new process, which is effective immediately, provides WebView customers with better tracking of Call Block purchase orders and more flexibility to choose an appropriate Call Block size.  Please take a moment to review the help documentation below for a full explanation of what you will need to do in order to ensure uninterrupted access to WebView and your tank monitor data.

Ordering Call Blocks

Navigate to the call block pages:
  1. Navigate to the top of your company's hierarchy and click on the folder (1) that represents your company.
  2. The summary or information report (2) should be displayed in the right side "Report" panel along with icons across the top.  If you see a different report, such as the tank report, choose the information report in the "Current View" (3) drop down box on the right side.
  3. If you see the icons, but there isn't any billing icon (4) then you either aren't at the top level of the hierarchy, or billing isn't setup correctly.  Make sure you have selected the top node of the hierarchy and if the icons do not show up contact your distributor or technical support.
  4. Click on the billing icon (4) to enter the billing pages.

Call Blocks Tab:
  1. The billing section defaults to the call blocks tab (1), on this screen you can see all of the call blocks your company has ever purchased. You can click on the call blocks (2) to see the calls charged to them by month (3).
  2. To enter a call block order click on the Orders tab (4).

Orders Tab:
  1. Click on the "Enter New Order Button" (1)

  1. Verify that your distributor's name and information (1) appears at the top of the Order section.
  2. The system will default to the same size call block as you last purchased, however the system will not display or let you purchase any call block that isn't large enough to last your company 40 days, so it is possible that the size you've been purchasing will not show up in the list.
  3. You can select other size blocks to see what the cost would be, typically the larger the call block the less expensive each call is. Choose the size that you would like to purchase (2).
  4. Verify that the price displayed matches your previous pricing or any quote or price list.
  5. Your distributor can set the system up to require you to enter a PO number (3) or even require you to upload an image of your PO. Enter your PO number for the order and upload an image file if you have one. You can also enter comments for your distributor such as please contact me or other relevant information for them.
  6. Click submit order (4) and a pop up will appear, if you are sure you want to submit the order, click ok and your order is complete. The system will notify your distributor that you have submitted an order. They will review and accept your order or contact you if there are any issues.

Orders List:

  1. The order, once submitted shows up as a pending order (1).
  2. The order status (2) will change as the order goes through the process:
    • Order created when initially submitted.
    • When your distributor accepts the order it will change to Confirmed by "bill to".
    • It will change to Sent to EDI to indicate that the order was submitted to Robertshaw.
  3. When the order is completed by Robertshaw it will be removed from Pending and become a call block.
  4. When your call block starts running low the system will automatically send an email to the billing contact for your company.  Click on the Ship-To Profile tab to display these settings.

Ship-To Profile Tab:

  1. The top section lists your distributor's name, address (1).
  2. The bill-to contact (2) for the distributor displays the person who will receive the notices when you enter an order for a new call block, they will also see the notifications if your call block gets too low.
  3. Underneath the distributors contact info your company's billing contact is listed as the ship to contact (3), and a list of additional ship to contacts may also appear.  These are the users who will receive email alerts when your company's call block starts running low.
  4. The bottom section (4) of the page shows your alert settings.
    • Send an alert when the call block drops below xx days, defaults to 30 days.
    • The system will display a login message for all of your top level users when the call block gets down to xx days, defaults to 14 days.
    • Escalation will happen when the call block drops below xx days, defaults to 7 days.  The escalation includes an email message being sent to your distributor's contact and a daily email being sent to your contacts listed above.
NOTE: All of these settings are maintained by your distributor (GEC), so you must contact them to request any changes.

The above information is also available in the "Online Help" section of WebView.  To access, please log into WebView and look for the question mark in the upper right hand corner of your screen.  On the WebView help pop-up screen you will find an "Ordering Call Blocks" link in the list of documents on the WebView tab.

Empire's AMERICAN-MADE zone heaters will suit your needs perfectly. Empire Vent-Free Heaters are 99.9% fuel efficient. Because they don't require outside venting, no heat is lost. And best

of all, Empire Vent-Free units do not require electricity to operate.

Empire Radiant models produce an infrared "radiant" heat that instantly adds warmth to you and objects in the room just like the sun.

Empire Blue-Flame models work by heating the air, which then surrounds people and objects with "atmospheric" warmth.

Thermostats offer Balanced Temperature Control SR-10T, SR-18T, SR-30T, and the Blue-Flame BF-10 are thermostatically controlled from full input down to pilot. Turn the unit on and let the thermostat cycle the heat. BF-20 and BF-30 Blue-Flame models contain modulating hydraulic thermostats which, upon reaching your preset comfort level, cycle the main burner flame from HI to LO and, when the thermostat is satisfied, to OFF while leaving the pilot on; this reduces the large flame to a smaller flame while still emitting heat.

Automatic Blowers & Floor Stands increase the effectiveness of your Empire Heater - SR-18, SR-30, BF-10, BF-20 and BF-30 models with a blower. Empire's state-of-the-art centralized blower design quietly circulates the warm air. In addition, optional floor stands allow the heaters to rest safely on the floor.

Empire Vent-Free Heaters offer convenient, easy to operate controls on the top of the unit. The push-button igniter lights the pilot, eliminating the need for matches. Each unit is test-fired in the factory and contains an oxygen-depletion sensor that shuts off the unit if not enough fresh air is available. Empire Vent-Free heaters are whisper quiet and use a state-of-the art powder coat process that produces a durable, scratch resistant finish. And, in the event of a power outage, gas space heaters keep your house warm and cozy. The American-made SR & BF heaters carry a 5-year limited all parts warranty with a 5-year limited labor warranty.

Empire's HearthRite Radiant and Blue Flame  Vent-Free Gas Heaters offer intelligent design and exceptional value.

Radiant Heating: Think cat on a windowsill! Radiant heaters project warmth into the room like sunlight through a window. They are ideal for any supplemental heat application.

Blue Flame Heating: Think warm tropical breeze! Blue flame heaters warm the air, which rises to create natural circulation in the room.

HearthRite Heater features:

  • 99.9% Efficiency - Turns more gas into heat
  • Available in LP or Natural gas
  • Pushbutton piezo ignition and standing pilot
  • Heats even when electric power fails
  • Oxygen Depletion Sensor shuts off heater before oxygen drops to unsafe levels
  • Every heater is test-fired at the factory to check Oxygen Depletion Sensor
  • Wall-mount or floor stand
  • Three-year limited warranty on parts and labor
  • Imported for Empire from China
