Community Service/Volunteer Opportunity

We are  looking for volunteers to take two hour shifts at our booth at the Strawberry Festival on the Watsonville Downtown Plaza, Aug. 3 and 4, 10am-7pm.

This is a continuation of the

"Inside Out: Peace in Our Streets" project of large format black and white photo portraits that were installed on buildings around town last year.

* We're looking for volunteers to take shifts manning the booth and encouraging people to share their stories of life in Watsonville in a few written words, or a few lines.

* We'll have an optional photo booth for anyone who might like to have their picture included.

**Our ultimate goal: to give voice to our broader community -

"Who are we that make up the Pajaro Valley community?"
