Through the eyes of our artists you will see a broad overview of the history and impact of agriculture in our valley, our produce, farms, oceans, and the people involved in agriculture. Curated by Susan Matulich, and juried by Susan, Jane Gregorius and Beverly Moore, the gallery exhibit is a visual feast! Photography, painting, printmaking, sculpture and glass by thirty-nine artists are all included in this mixed media show.

Join PVAC and the Agriculture History Project in celebration of National Museum Month during the month of May! Curated by Beverly Moore this plein air exhibit features eleven artists invited to participate in our first show at the Agriculture History Project, which run for three months.

Extend your visit on May 18th by taking part in Day on the Farm from 10:00-4:00.

"Day on the Farm is one of our biggest events of the year. People of all ages have a great time participating in everything we have set up, as well as wandering through the exhibits on the history of agriculture here in Pajaro Valley." said John Kegebein, CEO of the Agricultural History Project.

You can walk over to the Pajaro Valley Chamber Car and Motorcycle Show and take a look at all the pre-1973 cars and trucks and any-year motorcycles that have been brought to the show.

And when you get hungry you can purchase delicious BBQ sausages, hot dogs, drinks, and sweets from the Santa Cruz County Fair Heritage Foundation.

Visit the exhibit Thursday through Sunday from Noon-4:00PM, 2601 East Lake Avenue at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds.

We're excited about returning to Sierra Azul Nursery and Gardens after a one year hiatus! Susana Arias and Jeff Rosendale just finished jurying the show and will be installing new pieces at the end of May. We have 50 artists who will be showing their work this year, plus we will have many of your favorite pieces from prior years. Sierra Azul is right across the street from the Agriculture History Project so, starting in June, make a day of it and visit both shows!

PVAC has invited our member artists to participate in this year's collective, Best of Show, an exploration of the animal kingdom, real and imagined. Using our exhibit title as inspiration, our members are busy creating work for this show.
