There is a whole lot happening this fall at SilverWorks. There are opportunities for you to show your work, take some new classes, and a new place to play!
NEW CLASSES!
Crazy Raising Workshop
Nov 29 & 30  $185 
Learn the traditional metalworking skill of bowl raising using hammers and stakes. You will create two finished copper bowls, one traditional with soldered copper legs as well as a more organic design.
Jump into the colorful world of enameling with this comprehensive 3 session class. Work with both fine silver and copper while exploring the techniques of sifting, wet packing, sgraffito, stencil, drawing, cloisonn�, and plique-a-jour with both transparent and opaque colors.

Sept 28
Add color to copper with enameling using the simple techniques of sifting, drawing, sgraffito and stenciling. Your projects will then be kiln fired to create a beautiful glassy finish.

Express your feminine side with these beautiful project specific workshops. Each workshop teaches a new skill that expands your design capabilities.
Enjoy designing and creating a domed silver pendant and bail with the added contrast of a delicate pearl.
September 14
Create a tapered bezel with a faceted stone for a stunning ring or pendant.
Do you have a collection of beach glass or beautiful rocks that just don't fit into a regular bezel? Learn to create a prong setting for an odd shaped stone in this workshop.
Silver Passport is BACK!
Only offered in the Fall/Winter, these popular 3 hour workshops are a schedule friendly way to learn a new technique. Wednesday mornings or evenings, you choose. Pick one or two or fill your passport book and take them all!  Pick up your book at SilverWorks.
NEW STUDIO!
  Coming This Fall...

We are not moving, we're expanding! Studio 2 will open downstairs at the north side of the building from the existing SilverWorks studio. Lots of new toys to look forward to in this new location.

Mawadda & Blair This year the dynamic duo will bring all our skills to bear to showcase our best of the techniques you have come to learn and love at SilverWorks. (plus a few you have not seen yet!)

But as always we would like for you to play along. We would love our students to submit something technique specific this year.  Keum Boo, Chasing, Fold Forming, even Reticulation. Any work you have done that you feel is your best.
