Embody Activewear has moved! |
 We are so excited to announce that we have moved our retail store. Our new store is at 101, 830 Main Street Canmore, right beside the Rocky Mountain Bagel Company (very convenient for coffee breaks :). The new space has lots of natural light and it's going to be the perfect hub for our new Embody Pilates Studio & Teacher-Training Center going upstairs. Come check out our new home....we love it!

Embody Pilates is expanding in Canmore
|
 We can barely contain our passion and excitement for our newest project. We are moving all our Pilates equipment to Canmore and creating a large Pilates studio and Teacher-training center (a.k.a. Bonny-Lynn's dream space). This new studio is located directly above our new retail store and it literally looks onto the majestic Three Sisters. Imagine lying on a mat or Reformer and glancing over the mountains as you're cued to breath. With over 3000 sq ft of studio space, locker rooms, complimentary use of an infared sauna, towel service, flavoured water, and resting lounge area, this studio will be more then just a place to work out. It's a place to breath, reconnect and reflect on what's important....not to mention getting super strong, flexible and efficient with your movement. Stay tuned for guest teachers, workshops, teacher-training and loads of new classes.
The new Studio officially opens on Monday, July 2nd.We'll be sending an email with photos and the new schedule the first week in July. If you'd like a preview of our class schedule, reply to this email and Bonny-Lynn will send it directly to you.

Embody Pilates Edmonton location is closing

 After a wonderful 4 1/2 years, the Edmonton Embody Pilates (original studio) will be closing its doors on Saturday June 30th after classes. Thank-you Edmonton for your support over the years. We're sad to close our doors but we're so excited for our new expansion in Canmore. Thanks to amazing heartfelt messages we've received....we truly appreciate your support and encouragement as we follow our dream. We will miss you but please stop by for a class when you're in Canmore and continue your Pilates with one of our wonderful teachers in Edmonton. |
