Winter Brant Point Light
Valentines Dear Friends,

It's quiet and cold on Island right now but it's time to make those summer plans to visit us again on Nantucket Island.

So, plan to return to the Inn and our delightful island for an escape this Winter, Spring or Summer and enjoy our pristine beaches, wonderful bike paths and cultural events. We're so excited about the new Hummock Pond road bike path which will be completed in April or May, sending visitors safely to Cisco Beach, Cisco Brewery and Bartlett Farm this year.

As in the past, we are running our Quiet season packages this Winter and Spring, plus optional romantic add-ons which include tours, wine, flowers, and bike rentals for your convenience. Don't forget, we can book your Steamship Authority fast ferry tickets and extend a 33% discount to you for bookings, April through December.

Annual Spring events include the Daffodil Festival in April and the Nantucket Wine Festival in May. New at the Inn this year are more Pottery Barn King beds in the Main House, and custom built mahogany kitchen cabinets in the breakfast room and Guest House.

The Boston Globe recently published a great article ... "Five Reasons to go to Nantucket this Winter" and we agree ... so take a peak!

We're happy to assist you when it comes to deciding what to do on your next island visit. Check out our Things to Do page to consider a new Nantucket activity or to scout out a new place to visit this year.

We highly recommend the new Dreamland Theatre and Performing Arts center which offers movies, music and more this season, and the Nantucket Whaling museum has events and Winter hours as well. For fun, you could rent a jeep and visit the Great Point Lighthouse and see the "50 Shades of Grey" seals. Also, check out our currently updated favorite restaurants list and blog which among other tips has the inside scoop on the best dining on the island. We'll be happy to make your advance dinner reservations as well, just give us a call.
We hope you have an opportunity to visit us again this year . . . call now to secure your next stay with us!

Sincerely,

As you know, there are many wonderful restaurants on Nantucket, and we love to suggest our seasonal favorites. Many have special offerings during the Winter and Spring seasons with prices that are unheard of during the Summer season. New restaurant openings include Met on Main, the Sea Dog Brew Pub and Lola 41 which continue to be a year round favorites. The Dreamland theatre is offering an impressive schedule of movies and cultural events throughout this quiet season so there's always something fun to do.
