TED COLLINS GUEST SPEAKER SUNDAY

Ted Collins

Please join us this Sunday at 10 a.m. to welcome Ted Collins as guest speaker. Ted serves as vice president of education and events at Unity World Headquarters. In this role he oversees the ministerial program, spiritual education and enrichment, and the library and archives, as well as the hotel, bookstore, weddings and receptions, events, retreats, life coaching, and all dining and catering. He also serves on the board of Holos University, and is president of the Olathe Civic Theatre Association. He is originally from Cedar Rapids and we are pleased to have him as our guest speaker.

FIVE SEASONS TRIO PERFORMING SUNDAY

Special music will be provided by the Five Seasons Trio, consisting of Lynne Hart on clarinet, Gail Williams on piano, and Rich Wagor on bass. As a special treat, they will perform for 15 minutes before the service, so plan on arriving early!

SUSAN'S SUNDAY SALON THIS WEEK

Sunday Salon will meet in the Fireplace Parlor at 9 a.m. Please join us any time before the service. Our topic this month will be a discussion of our fifth principle - demonstrating all of the other four principles. How do you show up in the world as a Unity person? How do you put all the other principles into action? Join us - pastries will be served!

UPDATE ON "PROJECT REBUILD"

Here's a quick update on the rebuilding effort following the car accident two weeks ago that damaged part of our building. Progress is being made and Service Master has done a great job in cleaning out and arranging items that are still usable in one location and other damaged items in another.

LONG TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR LEAVING

Kippen Lilly, our long time office administrator has accepted an opportunity with another organization and will be saying goodbye to UnityCR after more than 12 years of service. We know you join the board in thanking Kip for her exceptional contribution to the success of UnityCR and support her as she steps into a new role.
