choir clipart Please join us this Sunday at 10 a.m. when Rev. brenda will be giving a talk about "Mother Earth" in celebration of Earth Day. We'll discover some little and big ways that we each can do our fair share to nurture and heal our beautiful planet. In addition, our 2013 Board of Trustees will be officially installed. We'll acknowledge their gifts and talents and honor their sacred service to our ministry. Nina Swanson, along with the Unity Spirit Choir will be performing.The choir will be singing "Deep Peace," as well as a Native American chant.

AN INVITATION FROM SACRED GROUNDS AND BOOKS

The mighty bookstore team will meet and share dinner at a potluck in Sacred Grounds and Books on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30. We welcome all Unity members interested in serving on the team to attend. Opportunities from helping with one-time events (book sale, open house, etc.) to assisting with sales and inventory are available. New biblio-angels always welcome! SUSAN LIDDELL TO BEGIN A NEW CLASS

Susan Liddell, Licensed Unity Leader, will be teaching a class starting May 2 based on Eric Butterworth's book, "Breaking the Ten Commandments." The class will thoroughly examine each of the commandments as we dig for their deeper meanings, far beyond the traditional teachings. We'll develop practical, meaningful applications of each idea for our daily lives. Each class will include discussions and a meditation time. The class will take place on Thursdays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 6-8 pm. The book is in the bookstore and it is required reading. A love offering will be gratefully accepted at each class.

STUDENT RECITAL MAY 5

Just a reminder that on Sunday, May 5, we will have a recital after the service for all students who have a solo or recital piece from their school or music studio they would like to perform. Please let Nina Swanson know if you are interested in performing that day.
