SPECIAL "COMFY CHRISTMAS" SUNDAY SERVICE

We ARE asking you to get outta bed Sunday; but you can keep your jammies on for this week's 10 a.m. service! It's our third annual heartwarming "COMFY CHRISTMAS" service. In lieu of our regular order of service, you can enjoy a homey setting complete with fireplace & stockings. Our service will consist of lighting the Advent Candles of faith, peace, love and joy, accompanied by a meditation time. Then, the Licensed Unity Leaders and Rev. brenda will share inspirational readings to help boost our Christmas spirits. (And yes, it's true... they'll all be wearing their pajamas!) Finally, we'll all join in joyfully singing lovely Christmas tunes from our hymnal. All of this will be topped off by a tummy-warming brunch served by Bill Graham, Pat Schomburg and Tracey Supplee. Come one, come all... and be sure to "come as you are!"

HELP WANTED AFTER SUNDAY SERVICE

Luminaries are so beautiful, and they light a warm, welcoming path to UnityCR for our evening holiday services. We'd love to set out luminaries for our Christmas Eve Candlelight service and our New Year's Eve service. Please plan to pitch in for a short time this Sunday morning after service to help fill bags with sand and place a candle in each bag. Many hands make light (and short) work! Thank you in advance for contributing to the beauty of the holidays at UnityCR!

CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE

Please join us Monday, December 24, for a special Christmas 2011 christmas eve Eve service at 5 p.m. Jill Meadows will be the guest musician. She studied harp during high school under Alice Chalifoux of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music at the Salzedo Harp Colony in Camden, Maine. She majored in music at Macalester College and studied under Joan Mainzer, principal harpist of the Minnesota Orchestra. Jill and her husband Finn have been attending UnityCR periodically the past five years. They keep busy with two children.

THANK YOU FOR REMEMBERING UNITYCR IN YOUR YEAR-END GIVING

As a spiritual commUnity, we depend solely on our congregants to sustain a positive cash flow. Please know that every contribution, including yours, truly makes a difference. We thank you in advance for considering UnityCR as a key recipient of your charitable giving in 2012. God bless us, every one.
