YOUR HELP NEEDED FOR OUTREACH PROJECTS
A big thank you to those of you who chose a Holiday Angel tag off the Christmas tree at UnityCR. Remember to return the gifts, UNWRAPPED, with the tag attached by Sunday, Dec 9. Also please start bringing in your donated new stuffed animals this Sunday, Nov 25. They will be collected and taken on December 16 to various community agencies that will pass them out to children as the need arises. Also, we are collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations for the food bank until December 16. Thank you all for your generosity during this time of the year.
BOARD NOMINEES SOUGHT
Two of our beloved board members, Paula Land and Don Epley, are coming to the end of their first three-year term. This means that there will be two board positions open for election at our annual meeting on January 27. As per the bylaws, a nominating committee has been formed. We are looking for vibrant, enthusiastic folks who have a desire to make a difference in our church community. Anyone who wishes to be considered for nomination may contact Verne Eggleston, Polly Gould, Beth Parker or Rev. brenda before November 28th.
