Our topic this Sunday will be "No one is against you". This is one of the basic premises of Gary Simmons' book, "I of the Storm." How do you respond to that idea? "FEEDING THE POOR" MEETING SUNDAY
There will be a meeting this Sunday at 11:30 a.m. about helping families who need assistance with getting enough food to eat. There are things that UCR can do to support the existing efforts of other organizations in our community. This meeting will work on planning the next steps that were outlined in the first meeting, and anyone interested is invited to join. It feels good to know that there are simple things we can do that WILL make a difference in people's lives.
