HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD
He is not here, but is risen. Remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee. (Luke 24:6)
As a Christian, I sometimes wonder how anyone can doubt that Jesus rose from the dead. However, I am still confronted with people who don't believe. Over the years, many people have come up with various theories regarding accounts of the resurrection. Here are some of them:
1. Swoon theory - They say that Jesus did not die, he just passed out. Later he came to and left the tomb on His own.
2. Spirit theory - They say that the Spirit of Jesus only appeared to the Disciples, His body still laid in the tomb.
3. Hallucination theory - They just believe that the Disciples were hallucinating.
4. Stolen body theory - They believe that someone came during the night and stole the body of Jesus.
5. Wrong tomb theory - Some believe that everyone was concentrating on the wrong tomb.
6. Hoax theory - The resurrection is just a hoax that has been perpetrated on the world.
7. Mistaken identity theory - It was not Jesus in the tomb, it was someone else.
