Thank you very much to all of our members who have already paid their dues for the 2015 year, it is most appreciated!! To those who have not yet paid, please keep in mind that the dues are considered late as of December 1st. If they are late, your name will be brought before the Board of Trustees for consideration of suspension of Club Privileges. If you and your family are going to use the club in November, but have not paid your dues, keep in mind that your dining room minimum has not been paid either.
As December 1st approaches I wanted to remind all members of our bylaws and how they relate to late dues payments as of December 1st and 2nd partial payment by March 1st. (b) Membership may be suspended, with Trustee approval, upon non-payment of Annual Dues as follows:
Proprietary, Senior, Intermediate, Junior, and Off Season Dining Members. (i.) If no payment in full or an installment payment, including the applicable surcharge, is not made by December 1st (30 days after the commencement of the Annual Dues period), or (ii) If an installment payment, including the applicable surcharge, is made by December 1st (30 days after the commencement of the Annual Dues period), but no final payment made by March 1st (four months after the commencement of the Annual Dues period); Under these circumstances, use of Club facilities and privileges of Club membership shall be suspended until all financial obligations have been met. |
