RRTC-EBP VR State-of-the-Science Conference:
Advancing Evidence-Based Practices and Polices to Close the Employment Gap

The RRTC-EBP VR highlighted findings from its research projects on evidence-based practice to improve employment rates and quality of employment outcomes within the state/federal vocational rehabilitation system to rehabilitation leaders, practitioners, and researchers in Bethesda, MD, on April 8 & 9, 2014. Presentations by the RRTC-EBP VR included:
- VR Counselors Perception of EBP: Value, Barriers, and Preparation Needs
- Best practices in achieving employment outcomes: Findings from a multiple case study of agencies in the public rehabilitation program
- Personal and environmental factors that support and encourage innovation and best practices that lead to employment outcomes in public rehabilitation
